2012 Stormwater Master Plan
The 2012 Stormwater Master Plan - the document that establishes projects that will be the basis for future stormwater rate discussions - will be the subject of a City Council public hearing on August 20, 2013, at Milwaukie City Hall (10722 SE Main St.). The City Council meeting will begin at 7 P.M.
The plan is an update to the City's current Stormwater Master Plan. The plan describes the existing conditions of the City's stormwater system, evalautes future demands for the system, and identified projects needed for maintenance or capacity improvements in the system.
The hearing will consider adoption of the 2012 Water Master Plan as an ancillary document to the Milwaukie Comprehensive Plan, as well as amendments to update portions of the current Comprehensive Plan related to water service. The Milwaukie Planning Commission held a public hearing on June 25, 2013, and recommended that the City Council approve the adoption of the 2012 Stormwater Master Plan and associated Comprehensive Plan amendments.
