Developer Roundtables
The project team held two Developer Roundtables- discussions with regional developers to discuss their impressions of Milwaukie; incentives to develop in the city; and barriers to development in the city. The discussions focused primarily on the opportunity sites. The information from these discussions will inform the opportunity site development concepts.
