Join the North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District (NCPRD) for a party in the park to celebrate Latino culture and heritage in North Clackamas! Come learn about cultural traditions through food, music, arts and crafts, and kids activities. This free, familiy-friendly community festival is open to all.

A nationally touring storyteller, Will Hornyak weaves a wide web of oral traditions into lively, engaging and well-crafted performances.
This month he will be performing a mix of ghostly Irish legends, harrowing Greek myths and Mexican folktales shuffled together into a wild mix of story, poetry and song in celebration of Samhain (Halloween) and Dia de Los Muertos ( The Day of the Dead.) For adult and older teen audiences (14+).
The committee will hold this meeting in-person and through video conference. The public may participate in this meeting by coming to the Ledding Library Community Room or joining the Zoom webinar.

The Milwaukie Poetry Series and the Ledding Library are delighted to sponsor a William Stafford Birthday Celebration on Saturday, January 27, 2024 from 4-6 PM in the Community Room at the Ledding Library of Milwaukie, OR 97222.
These celebrations are held during January in Oregon and the nation in honor of poet William Stafford who taught for many years at Lewis and Clark College and was Oregon Poet Laureate from 1975 through 1989.
