Applications will be accepted until April 1, 2025. Not all applicants may be invited to participate in interviews. Invitations to participate in interviews will be sent in April and interviews will be held in April and May. Appointments to open positions will be made by the City Council in June.
Apply today online at https://onboard.milwaukieoregon.gov/application/.
For a downloadable paper application form, see the Supporting Documents below.
Note: some boards and committees do not have vacancies and may not schedule interviews. In 2025, the Planning Commission has no vacancies. However, please include that commission on your application if you would be interested in being considered for future vacancies.
City Boards, Committees, & Commissions
Serving on a city board or committee is a vital way for the community to engage with its government. Most boards and committees are advisory bodies to the City Council, while others hear appeals, provide expertise, or review policies.
