Hector Campbell Neighborhood
The Hector Campbell Neighborhood District Association (NDA) is an officially recognized NDA in the City of Milwaukie.

Upcoming programs and events in the Hector Campbell Neighborhood primarily funded by Neighborhood Enhancement Program include:
- Adopt-A-Road - Hector Campbell has adopted 44th (King Rd. to Harrison St.) and Harrison St. (44th to 32nd). Check back for future cleanup event dates.
- The Campbell Community Garden at the former Campbell Elementary School located at SE 47th Ave. & SE Adams St. The garden features 28 plots for neighbors to rent and four plots where volunteers grow crops for sharing. Learn about all of Milwaukie's Community Gardens.
- Hector Campbell Neighborhood Picnic - Last held Jun. 9, 2024 (5 - 7:30 p.m.) - Hector Campbell annually holds a neighborhood picnic. Check back in 2025.
- Haunted Forest at Homewood Park - Fri., Oct. 31, 2025 (4 - 7:30 p.m.)
- Stroll through Homewood Park as part of your trick-or-treating.
- Volunteers and decorations are needed! If you would like to help with event planning and/or setup or have donations you can donate, contact campbellneighbors@gmail.com.
