Project Details

As part of the SSMP program, this project includes:

  • Reconstruction of roadway surface of Wood Avenue from Railroad Avenue to Appenine Way and grind & inlay from Appenine Way to Park Avenue.
  • Stormwater treatment due to reconstruction of roadway

Alerts & Updates

Update (5/20/2020): The Home Avenue SAFE, Edison Street SAFE, and Wood Avenue SSMP improvement projects will be designed in-house and constructed together to create efficiencies and cost savings. The combined project name is SAFE & SSMP FY 2021 Improvements .

Update (5/05/2020): Wood Avenue will be designed and constructed with Edison Street and Home Avenue.

Update (2/18/2020):  Project design to begin soon. Construction will be combined with several other CIP projects for 2021.
