Extension of the 2020 Final Plat approval deadline for Elk Rock Estates (master file #FP-2020-007). Significant delays in plan and document review at the state and county level and extremely limited access to paper records due to the COVID-19 pandemic has made it very difficult to ensure that construction can be completed, inspected, and approved prior to the original approval’s expiration on April 7, 2021. Applicant requests a 6-month extension to the approval of the Final Plat.
