Notice of Budget Committee Meeting on April 30, 2022

A meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Milwaukie, Clackamas County, State of Oregon, on the budget for the biennium July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2024, will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall (10722 SE Main St.) on April 30, 2022 at 10 a.m. This is a public meeting to receive the city manager’s budget message, and the proposed biennial budget document will be presented to the Budget Committee.

Budget Committee meetings will be held electronically by video conference. The public may submit written comments by email to finance@milwaukieoregon.gov. The Committee will take verbal comments during the meetings but may limit speaking time. To speak during the meeting, the public is asked to email finance@milwaukieoregon.gov. The public is encouraged to attend the meetings via Zoom video conference (see meeting webpage link for Zoom login information) or by watching the meeting through city’s YouTube channel or Comcast Cable channel 30 in city limits. Listed below are the times and location of additional Budget Committee meetings that will be held for budget deliberations and public comment. Any person(s) may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed budget with the Budget Committee:
