Notice of Budget Committee Meeting on May 7

A meeting of the Budget Committee of the Milwaukie Redevelopment Commission (MRC), Clackamas County, State of Oregon, on the budget for the biennium July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2024, will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall (10722 SE Main St.) on May 7, 2022, at 9 a.m. This is a public meeting to receive the executive director’s budget message, and the proposed biennial budget document will be presented to the committee.

MRC Budget Committee meetings will be held electronically by video conference. The public may submit written comments by email to finance@milwaukieoregon.gov. The commission will take verbal comments during the meeting but may limit speaking time. To speak during the meeting, email finance@milwaukieoregon.gov. The public is encouraged to attend the electronic public meeting by logging into the Zoom webinar (see meeting page for login information) or by watching the meeting through city’s YouTube channel or Comcast Cable channel 30 in city limits.
