City Council Study Session

Council held this meeting in-person, outside of city limits. The public was invited to attend the meeting by traveling to the Lake Oswego City Hall at 380 A Ave, Lake Oswego, OR 97034.
This meeting was not broadcast live or recorded and there was not a Zoom attendance option.
Note: Prior to the study session members of the Milwaukie City Council visited the new city hall located at 10501 SE Main Street in Milwaukie between 4:00 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. Council did not take any actions during this site visit.
Executive Session. Prior to the study session and after the site visit, Council met at Milwaukie City Hall (10722 SE Main Street) in executive session pursuant to Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) 192.660 (2)(h) to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed. Representatives of the news media and designated staff may attend executive sessions. All other members of the audience are asked to leave the room. Representatives of the news media are specifically directed not to report on or otherwise disclose any of the deliberations or anything said about these subjects during the executive session, except to state the general subject of the session as previously announced. No decision may be made in executive session.
