Practicing mindfulness can reduce stress, improve focus, and bring a deeper sense of calm and contentment to your life. Discover why this practice has become so popular and how you can benefit from it too.
Diane Haase teaches Mindfulness at the Milwaukie Community Center during the winter and summer sessions. She has studied and practiced mindfulness for the past decade. Beyond teaching, Diane enjoys many activities including travel, geocaching, quilting, biking, music, and reading.
