Rent Well, a program of Transition Projects, is a 15-hour tenant education program that helps empower OR & WA residents with the knowledge and skills to navigate renting successfully. The lessons cover budgeting, the application process, communication skills, tenant rights, landlord expectations, unit maintenance, moving tips, and much more.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to sign up?
You do not need to sign up or have a ticket to attend. Just drop by any time during our scheduled hours.
You can either register for the E-Course and get started on your own before coming to lab or drop in at a lab to get help with registration.
What should I bring?
Please bring a photo ID if you have one. You can either use one of the computers in the lab or bring your own device.
What if I speak limited English?
Interpreter services are available. If possible, please contact us ahead of time so we can best meet your needs for an interpreter.
