Celebrate the grand opening of Scott Park!
Event includes delicious treats and family-friendly entertainment. Some highlights include:
- Formal remarks at 2 p.m.
- Coffee/tea and pastries provided by Keeper Coffee. Stop by to sample treats from the coffee shop and bakery that will move into the historic city hall building this Spring.
- Live performance from the band Ants, Ants, Ants. With stylistic nods to 1970's era Sesame Street and School House Rock, Ants, Ants, Ants, recalls the best elements of a fun and fanciful childhood.
- Stop by the Historic Milwaukie Neighborhood District Association (NDA) table to say hello, learn about the neighborhood, get a temporary tattoo, and find out how you can get involved.
- And best of all, enjoy all of the features in the new neighborhood park!
