What if I Miss My Court Date?

What if I've missed my court date?  

If you miss your court date for a traffic citation, the presumptive fine of the ticket you received is imposed and the court will add a $40 failure to appear fee to each violation. If you miss your court date for a parking citation, the fine amount on the citation will double. However, there are opportunities to reschedule. Please contact the court for your options.

You can mail your payment to the court, pay online or contact the court to request a payment arrangement.

If the ticket is not paid within 30 days of the failed court date, your license may be suspended.

If the ticket is not paid within 90 days of the failed court date, the fine may go to collections.
