Understanding Your Utility Bill
Utility Fees and Charges
The city offers utility service for water, wastewater, Safe Access for Everyone (SAFE), and stormwater management, while maintaining city streets. Utility fees are developed and reviewed annually by the Citizens Utility Advisory Board (CUAB). The CUAB advises City Council on the methods and manner in which city utility rates and capital improvements are scheduled and carried out. Based on these recommendations, City Council adopts annual utility rates. The current city fee schedule can be found by following the link below.
