Murals in Milwaukie

Murals may be permitted as either a Public Art Mural or an Original Art Mural.

Public Art Mural
If you would like to create a mural that covers up to 100 percent of a wall face, contact Jordan Imlah, Arts Committee staff liaison, at 503.786.7503 or imlahj@milwaukieoregon.gov.

Original Art Mural
If you would like to create a mural covering 40 percent or less of a wall, a permit may be obtained through the Planning Department at 503.786.7630 or planning@milwaukieoregon.gov. For more information, visit Original Art Murals.
