Getting Inspections During Covid
Due to Covid-19, the building division is not currently inspecting occupied structures in person. If you have an occupied structure, please upload photos or video showing the work done for the inspection requested. If there are more than three photos, a zip file of the photos is preferred. After uploading the photos or video, request an inspection and note in the comments area that photos or video have been uploaded. For vacant structures (with no personal belongings or furniture) request your inspection and note in the comments area that the structure is vacant. For instructions on how to upload photos and schedule inspections, please visit www.milwaukieoregon.gov/building/apply-all-your-permits-online-through-e.... With recent changes from the State, you will need to log in to upload photos/documents.
