Submitted Development Applications
Click here to return to the Central Milwaukie main page.
Individuals and developers who want to build housing within the City of Milwaukie must submit a land use application to the city for their proposed projects. Once an application is complete, materials are posted to the city’s website while they are under review.
Once a decision regarding the application has been made, the website is updated to reflect that information. Any information posted for these applications is solely the work product of the applicant. Where contact information is provided, community members may contact the applicant directly to ask questions.
Below are the development applications currently under review in and surrounding Central Milwaukie.
