Eviction Moratorium. The State of Oregon extends the moratorium on residential evictions until June 30, 2021 through House Bill 4401 for Oregonians who have experienced financial hardship during the COVID-19 pandemic. The legislation also establishes a landlord compensation fund to cover rental assistance and allows Oregon Housing and Community Services to grant funds for additional rental assistance.

Rent Assistance Hotline by Clackamas County's Coordinated Housing Access (CHA) Funding is available to low income households. Anyone seeking assistance with paying rent can call 503-655-8575.
- The city is offering adjustments to past due bills.
- Water shut-offs for nonpayment are temporarily suspended. Check to see if you qualify for a Low Income Utility Assistance Program.

- Community Alliance of Tenants (CAT) is a resource for rent assistance, housing connections, and legal council.
