Moving Forward Milwaukie

Moving Forward Milwaukie is the city’s major recent effort to define the community’s goals for the major commercial areas in the city (Downtown, Central Milwaukie, and the Neighborhood Main Streets), and how to achieve those goals.

Downtown code changes include clarifications to zone standards and uses, providing more flexibility to the types of development allowed, and design regulations to implement the community’s vision for downtown. See the project page for more details.
