Project Details
Please note that this is a privately owned and developed project, previously approved by the city’s Planning Commission. The City of Milwaukie offers this information as a courtesy to our residents and businesses. Additional information can be found on the 2023 land use application webpage, R-2023-001. This project includes the construction of a five- unit townhouse development at the southwest corner of 52nd Avenue and Jackson Street.
This project included the extension of the existing wastewater main in Jackson Street along with the installation of a new manhole. The city has entered a development agreement with the developer to grind and pave Jackson Street from Home Avenue to 52nd Street.
Please note that the grinding and paving of asphalt is expected to take two full days. During this time, traffic will need to detour following a traffic control plan. An updated traffic control will be posted once paving is scheduled.
