Update (5.2.2024):
The project is still in design. We anticipate putting it out to bid this fall.
Update (10.13.2023):
Project scope has been added. The project will now include paving of 29th Avenue, 30th Avenue, and 31st Avenue between Van Water Street and Roswell Street. Once the plan sets have been updated to include this additional work, the project will be ready to go out for bid.
Update (7.20.2023):
The project is at 90% design and is going through a final internal review process before going out to bid.
Update (1.10.2023):
- Kittelson & Associates completed the 29th Avenue Neighborhood Greenway study. Their overall assessment indicates that SE 29th Avenue corridor operates in a manner that supports its local and shared “roadway” environment and there are no immediate needs for changes to the corridor nor to any intersections. The complete technical memorandum is available below.
- Clackamas County received the paperwork for the right-of-way dedication on Van Water Street. The county GIS maps have been updated but the final approved paperwork has yet to be received by the city.
