Budget Committee Meeting on May 4 at 9 a.m.

The budget committee for the Milwaukie Redevelopment Commission will meet on May 4 at 9 a.m. at city hall (10501 SE Main St.) about the budget for the biennium (July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026). This is a public meeting to receive the executive director’s budget message, as well as a presentation about the proposed biennial budget document.

The public is invited to attend the meetings in-person at city hall or via Zoom video conference, or watch through city’s YouTube channel or Comcast Cable channel 30 in city limits. Community members may submit written comments by email to finance@milwaukieoregon.gov. The committee will take verbal comments during the meeting, but may limit speaking time.

If needed, an additional meeting of the budget committee to continue deliberations about the proposed budget will be held on May 11 at 10 a.m.
