Municipal Court Offers Amnesty Program for Fines
Through July 29, 2022, Milwaukie Municipal Court is offering an amnesty program to forgive a portion of fines owed that are in collections. Pay 50% of the balance owed at collections, and the court will write off the remaining 50%. To qualify for the program, accounts must be:
- At collections for two years or longer.
- A traffic, parking or marijuana violation.
- Free of money judgments awarded to the collection agency by means of a lawsuit.
Reductions will not be given for any portion of the balance, and payment plans will not be accepted. Driver license reinstatements will be faxed to the Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) at the time notification of payment is received from the collection agency.
Payments will only be accepted in cash, money order, cashier’s check or credit card. Checks are not accepted. Balance inquiries and payments must be made to:

Amnistía de la Corte Municipal
El Tribunal Municipal de Milwaukie ofrece un programa de indulto vigente hasta el 29 de julio de 2022 para condonar una parte de las multas adeudadas que estén en proceso de cobranza. Si abona el 50 % del saldo adeudado, el tribunal cancelará el 50 % restante. Para calificar para el programa, se deben cumplir estos requisitos:
- La deuda debió de haber estado en proceso de cobranza durante dos años o más.
- La deuda debió de haberse generado por una infracción relacionada al tránsito, al estacionamiento o a la marihuana.
- La deuda no debe tener indemnizaciones pecuniarias adjudicadas a la agencia de cobranza mediante un juicio.
No se ofrecerán reducciones en ninguna parte del saldo y tampoco se aceptarán planes de pago. Las restituciones de la licencia de conducir se enviarán por fax al Departamento de Vehículos Motorizados (Department of Motor Vehicles, DMV) de Oregón en el momento en que se reciba la notificación de pago de la agencia de cobro.
Solo se aceptarán pagos en efectivo, giro postal, cheque de caja o tarjeta de crédito. No se aceptarán cheques. Las consultas de saldo y los pagos deben enviarse a esta dirección:
