Public Hearing for Proposed Use of State Revenue Sharing Funds on April 27
A public hearing for the proposed use of the City of Milwaukie’s State Revenue Sharing Funds for the 2025-2026 biennium will be held during the Budget Committee meeting on April 27 at 10 a.m. or May 4 at 9 a.m., if needed. The purpose of these meetings is to declare the city’s election to receive state revenue sharing funds to be used as General Fund revenues for General Fund operations. The purpose of the hearing is to provide the community with an opportunity to comment about the proposed use of these funds.
Budget Committee meetings are held in-person. Community members may submit written comments by email to finance@milwaukieoregon.gov. The committee will take verbal comments during the meetings, but may limit speaking time. The public is invited to attend the meetings in-person at city hall, through Zoom video conference, or by watching the meeting on the city’s YouTube channel or Comcast channel 30 in city limits.
