BUILDING SERVICES
For instructions on how to upload photos and schedule inspections, please visit https://www.milwaukieoregon.gov/building/apply-all-your-permits-online-through-epermitting-full-services. With recent changes from the State, you will need to log in to upload photos/documents.
- Permits: Applications, inspection scheduling, inspection results, payments, or tracking the progress of submitted applications may be done online at BuildingPermits.Oregon.gov. Inspections may also be scheduled by phone at 1.888.299.2821, or through the Oregon ePermitting Inspections app for mobile devices.
- Permit applications: Anyone unable to apply through the online system may email applications to building@milwaukieoregon.gov.

ENGINEERING SERVICES
Please contact engineering@milwaukieoregon.gov or 503.786.7600 for any questions related to the following services:
- Right-of-way applications
- Utilities (locations and permit questions)
- Tree removal
- Private developments
- Driveways and sidewalks
- Encroachments
- Traffic concerns
- Floodplain information
- System development charges and frontage impovements
All messages will be routed to the appropriate staff members, who will follow up within 1-2 business days.
- Inspections: May be scheduled online at BuildingPermits.Oregon.gov or by calling 1.888.299.2821.
- Potholes: Call 503.786.7651 with questions about specific potholes
- Capital Improvement Projects: Visit www.milwaukieoregon.gov/engineering to see a list of projects and the contact information for each project manager.
PLANNING SERVICES
- Questions: For general land use questions or questions about the land-use application, contact planning@milwaukieoregon.gov or 503.786.7600. Staff will respond within 1-2 business days.
- Pre-Application: The pre-application request form (fillable PDF) is available at www.milwaukieoregon.gov/planning/preapplication-appointment-form. For requests to be processed, the form must be complete and all additional documentation (outlined in the request form) must be included. *At this time, hard copies are not accepted. For questions about the form or the supporting documents, contact planning@milwaukieoregon.gov or 503.786.7630.
Submit completed request forms to planning@milwaukieoregon.gov. The subject line should be Preapplication [Meeting or Conference] Request; [address of the project]. For example, Preapplication Meeting Request; 6101 SE Johnson Creek Blvd.
Once the form has been submitted, a planner will review the materials to confirm that the required items have been received. If everything has been submitted, the planner will respond to provide guidance about how to make any necessary preapplication payments online. Once any fees are paid, the planner will set up a date for an online meeting or conference call, currently held on Thursdays at 10 a.m.
