Tax Forms & Tax Assistance
During tax season the IRS provides a limited amount of forms to the library:
Form 1040 & 1040-SR instructions
These will be available in the library lobby during tax season, while supplies last. The IRS provides 1040 forms and instructions (including instructions for schedules 1-3) for the library to distribute. All other forms can be accessed and printed from the IRS website.
State Forms
The Oregon Department of Revenue does not provide tax forms or booklets for the library to distribute. Download forms from the Oregon Department of Revenue website or request paper forms be mailed to you.
