Worm Bin Magic

Worms love food waste, so feed them yours and keep it out of the trash! Join us to make worm bins that magically create rich soil in a small space. Investigate worms and other cool critters they live with, too! Led by Rick Reynolds, educator, science guy, and local author. All ages. 

Note: If you have used plastic bins of any size, such as 10-18 gallon colored Rubbermaid totes that you don't need any more, please bring them to the event! We can drill holes in them so you and other families can start your own happy worm bin right away.
