Can I Reschedule My Court Date?

If you are unable to appear at the arraignment date of your citation, contact the court to request a reschedule for a future court date.

You must contact the court at 503-786-7543 or visit Milwaukie City Hall by noon on the scheduled court date to be granted a new date. The new appearance date will be scheduled for the next available court date.

To reschedule a trial, you must notify the court in writing at least 7 working days prior to the trial date with a reason for the request.

Trial reschedules are granted by the judge. If a reschedule is approved, a new trial notice will be sent out to the defendant with a new date and time of appearance.
