QUESTION: What is my username?
ANSWER: A separate user id is not required for login. You can login using your email address.

QUESTION: How do I request a new password?
ANSWER: Go to https://businessregistration.milwaukieoregon.gov/user/password, type in your email address, and further instructions will be sent to you via email.

QUESTION: How do I change my password?
ANSWER: First you need to be logged in. If you are not logged in please see "How do I log in?" above. After logging in, go to https://businessregistration.milwaukieoregon.gov/password-change.

QUESTION: How do I submit a new Business Registration or renewal?
ANSWER: Instructions for submitting a new Business Registration or renewal and retrieving your printable business certificate after approval are available in this pdf, which can also be found on your dashboard page.

QUESTION: Do I need a user account to register my business?
ANSWER: Yes, to create an account start at the online Business Registration page.

QUESTION: How do I check on the status of my Business Registration?
ANSWER: Log in to the website; from your dashboard page, click on the Check Your Registration Status link.

QUESTION: How do I download and print my Business Registration Certificate?
ANSWER: Once you receive email confirmation your application has been approved, log in to your account.  Go to Orders page (https://businessregistration.milwaukieoregon.gov/my-business-license-orders) and click on the PDF link for your most recent registration/renewal.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF USE FOR ON-LINE BUSINESS REGISTRATIONS AND PAYMENTS

Authority to Use
In order to use the City of Milwaukie's on-line system for Business Registrations and payments, you must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law. Minors and users not expressly authorized to use the website are expressly forbidden to use this service. You may not grant use of this service, your access password or code to any other person.

Refund Policy
There will be no refunds on Business Registrations once it has been issued.

Delivery Policy
Your Business Registration will be emailed to you approximately ten days after receipt of full payment and a completed application. The City of Milwaukie shall not be liable for any damages of any kind (general, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost revenues or lost profits) resulting from any delay in the emailing of a Business Registration to an applicant.
