Appeal

There are three options for submitting an Appeal of a Land Use Decision application:

1. Email your application and basis of appeal to planning@milwaukieoregon.gov, with payment online or by mail.
2. Come to City Hall (10501 SE Main St., Milwaukie, OR 97222) to submit your application, basis of appeal, and payment.
3. Mail your application and basis of appeal to the Milwaukie Planning Division at City Hall (see address above), with payment by mail or online. 

Note: Appeal application materials and payment must be received before the appeal deadline. Invoices for online payment will be sent via email by city staff.
