Library of Things - Open
A Library of Things is a collection of items such as kitchenware, musical instruments, and games hosted at a library that library patrons can check out with their Libraries in Clackamas County (LINCC) library card. Nine (9) LINCC libraries have such a collection: Canby, Estacada, Hoodland, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Oregon City, Sandy, West Linn, and Wilsonville. Other libraries may join in the future.
Using Library of Things Collections
Each library maintains its own, separate Library of Things collection. Items must be held, picked up, and returned at their respective locations. For example, if Milwaukie has an item you’d like to check out, you must pick up and return that item to that library.
For more information on this collection, please visit the Library of Things FAQ page.
Milwaukie owns almost 200 items and there are hundreds more available for checkout or hold in the areas of Arts & Crafts, Education & Early Learning, Event & Party, Games & Toys, Home & Garden, Kitchenware, Musical Instruments, Outdoor Recreation, and Technology view them all at www.lincc.org.
