Proposal: The Studio 21 Project is a renovation to the existing structure that creates a new central double door building entrance, a revised street-facing façade with enhanced exterior landscaping and privacy within the space. The roof requires replacement as like-for-like and the interior framing structurally supports an open floor plan small event space served by vendors.

Summer Reading Program 2025

Beginning June 1, kids, teens and adults are invited to earn prizes for reading by joining the Library’s summer reading program – Level Up at Your Library!  All ages are welcome to participate; even babies and toddlers can join in the fun by tracking days they sing or listen to stories. Ends August 31.

2025 Corporal Diffie Veterans Fund Pancake Breakfast

The Milwaukie American Legion Post 180 in Milwaukie along with partner Clackamas County Police Agencies; Milwaukie Police Department, Lake Oswego Police Department, Molalla Police Department, Oregon City Police Department, Canby Police Department, Sandy Police Department and the West Linn Police Department, is excited to host the 6th annual Corporal Diffie Veterans Fund Annual Fundraising Breakfast. The event will be held at the Legion Hall, 2146 SE Monroe St. in Milwaukie from 9am-1pm on May 17th, Armed Forces Day. Expect fun for the whole family!

Proposal: Each of the two “parent” lots are being developed with a detached quadplex (4 separated dwelling units), as allowed outright in the underlying Moderate Density Residential (R-MD) zone. The proposed action will place each new dwelling on its own sublot, but each parent lot will remain a quadplex development for purposes of zoning.
