The applicant, the City of Milwaukie, is proposing amendments to the General Commercial CG and Residential-Office-Commercial ROC zones of the Zoning Ordinance. The proposed changes include combining those zones into one General Mixed-Use GMU zone, expanding permitted uses, revising development and design standards and land use review procedures. The proposed amendments are part of the Moving Forward Milwaukie project.
