Resources for Development Review
Milwaukie community members are an important part of the planning process in Milwaukie. This page is designed to provide information that the community can use to understand how the City's development review system works, and how to play a part in it.
The links below will lead you to some documents that should help you understand the development review process, the NDA's role in it, and how to most effectively make your voice heard.

Key Tips:
- Planning staff are responsible for facilitating and coordinating the review process. If you have any questions - about the proposal, the process, or the timeline, call or email us - part of our job is to help you get informed and to take your comments.
- The review process must follow a set of legal rules and schedules, so to make a difference it is important that you work within the process.
- To make a difference in a decision, comments must be in writing, or given during testimony at a public hearing.
