Proposal: 

The proposal is to convert a portion of the existing 775 sq ft detached garage into an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) and to expand the footprint of the structure.  This would result in a structure that is 893 square feet, of which 410 square feet would be the ADU, plus a 77 square-foot porch.
