The City of Milwaukie is seeking recommendation and approval of amended regulations that would exclude public art murals from the definition of ‘sign’ in the Sign Ordinance. The Milwaukie City Council is also considering an ordinance to establish a public art murals program. The Planning Commission will consider only the proposed exclusion in Title 14, and not the portion of the ordinance that would establish the public art mural program.
