NR

The Milwaukie Police Department has been made aware that a former member of our agency, Jon Foreman, has been indicted by a Clackamas County Grand Jury on criminal charges.

These allegations are deeply troubling. As a department dedicated to community safety, accountability, and respect, we hold ourselves to the highest professional and ethical standards. Any conduct that violates the law is entirely unacceptable and does not reflect the values of our membership, who strive to serve the Milwaukie community with distinction.

The Milwaukie Police Department remains committed to full cooperation with the ongoing legal process. As this is an active investigation, we are unable to provide additional comment at this time.

For inquiries related to the investigation, please contact the Clackamas County District Attorney’s Office.

Additional: Jon Foreman was placed on administrative leave June 25th 2024, and resigned February 28th 2025.
