Online video explains how Milwaukie's Photo Radar van works

The City of Milwaukie Police Department and Milwaukie High School's student-run video and technology production company teamed up to create a video explaining how Milwaukie's photo radar van works.

Milwaukie's photo radar van is an integral component of Milwaukie's traffic safety efforts, and snaps photos of vehicles that are exceeding the speed limit by more than 10 miles per hour.
