Police Department: Compliments or Complaints Form
The Milwaukie Police Department strives to provide excellent police services and we appreciate your feedback regarding your experience with our officer. If you would like to compliment the officer or have a concern about your incident, please take a moment and describe your experience. You can remain anonymous if you wish but that will limit our ability to get additional clarifying information from you or to provide you with any follow up information. All information received, either praise or concern, will be thoroughly reviewed.
If there is a compliment or complaint, these are accepted on the electronic form below or the paper forms are available in the lobby of the Milwaukie Public Safety Building. In regard to complaints, we will attempt to follow up on any complaint within 48 hours if possible.
The more information you provide the easier it will be for us to identify the officer or incident you’re referring to and ensure the proper praise or coaching is offered.
You can remain anonymous, but if you choose to, we will not be able to get clarifying information or let you know what happened.
