The e-permitting system is a great resource to help organize, track, and plan a project, as well as check inspection results, schedule inspections, read comments, pay fees, and upload documents. 

The Wastewater division maintains all the components that comprise the City's Wastewater infrastructure, valued at over $7,029,552.

The city contracts with Clackamas County to perform electrical plan reviews, electrical inspections, plumbing plan reviews and commercial plumbing inspections. The city also contracts with Clackamas County and the City of Happy Valley for various inspections when regular staff is on leave.

The Fleet Division maintains all the City's vehicles and equipment including police cars, sweepers, excavators, dump trucks and 150 pieces of small equipment and generators.
The Fleet Division mechanics ensure that the work is done in accordance of the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Standards. This Division is committed to an ongoing education program for its employees to keep up with technology and nationwide standards for repairs.
