Public Record Requests may be submitted electronically through the e-request form, by mail to the address below, or in person to the Office of the City Recorder (OCR) at City Hall.  To submit via mail or in-person, the form is available below.

Overview

All powers of the City of Milwaukie are vested in the City Council except as otherwise specifically provided in the Milwaukie Municipal Code. The elected Mayor and Councilors comprise the City Council, who serve as representatives of the citizens of "The Dogwood City of the West".

History of Kellogg Lake

The City of Milwaukie is proud to announce the completion of a project which attempts to capture the people’s history of Kellogg Lake.

Kellogg for Coho: Site Restoration Information

After removing Kellogg Dam, restoration in the former lake bed will create a naturalized, free-flowing Kellogg Creek and 14 acres of native ecological restoration.

The community can expect to enjoy significant habitat changes that will benefit many native plant, fish and other wildlife species.

South Downtown Concept Plan

The City developed a new vision for its South Downtown (the area south of Washington and between 99E and 21st Ave) during the period between 2008 and 2011. Council adopted the South Downtown Concept Plan on September 26, 2011, and directed staff to continue work on an implementation strategy.
