Historic City Hall Ownership Officially Transfers to Henry Point Development
It’s been a long time coming, but both Henry Point Development and the City of Milwaukie have signed off on the closing documents, making Henry Point Development the official new owner of the historic city hall building at 10722 SE Main. St.
Over the coming weeks, the building will see some increased activity. Crews will begin demolition in the interior of the building in preparation for the remodel. They will also install a fence around the building as a security measure, however, no changes will be made to the exterior. The façade will remain intact.
