Overview
Milwaukie's Ledding Library provides materials and services for the community's informational, cultural and recreational needs. Any resident of Clackamas County (except for Johnson City), Multnomah County, Washington County, Hoodland and Ft. Vancouver is eligible for a library card.
To get a library card, visit any Clackamas County library with a photo ID containing a current address (or proof of your current address).
The library has books, music CDs, DVD's, Blu-Rays, audiobooks, eBooks, eAudiobooks, cultural passes, Library of Things, seed library, newspapers and magazines. Library staff also regularly visit schools and childcare centers.
The library offers a number of services and programs to patrons of every age. Storytimes, reading clubs and craft programs are available to children. Adults enjoy Ledding Library's book clubs, as well as the cultural and musical programs. Computer and internet access is offered to all ages.
The Ledding Library upholds the principles of intellectual freedom and the public's right to know by providing people of all ages with access and personalized guidance to information technology and collections that reflect all points of view. The library supports pursuit of education and personal goals by providing informational, recreational, and cultural materials and services including those utilizing advancing technologies.
