Boards and Commissions

The City is Now Accepting Applications for the Planning Commission. Applications will be accepted until January 20, 2025. The 2025 Board and Committee application process will begin on February 1, 2025. Please check back in February to apply for all boards and committees!
 

City Boards, Committees, & Commissions

Serving on a city board or committee is a vital way for the community to engage with its government. Most boards and committees are advisory bodies to the City Council, while others hear appeals, provide expertise, or review policies.

The city is only accepting applications for boards and committees in the spring of each year. However, there may be other opportunities to apply - check back for future opportunities. 

 

Youth Members
Apply today to participate in the city's youth board and committee (BC) pilot program. Up to two youth members will be appointed to the Arts Committee, Ledding Library Board, and Park and Recreation Board (PARB).
