City Services Transition to New City Hall Building in Mid-September

Following years of planning and construction, the city will move into a new city hall building in mid-September. To accommodate the move, the current city hall building at 10722 SE Main St. will close to the public on Monday, Sep. 11 at noon. The Johnson Creek Facility at 6101 SE Johnson Creek Blvd. will close Tuesday, Sep. 12 at noon.

Lewelling Concert in the Park

Join the Lewelling Neighborhood District Association (NDA) at their final concert in the park at Ball-Michel Park. This concert was rescheduled from August 16, 2023 due to high temperatures. Please take note that the concert will start at 6 p.m.

Fireworks Prohibited in Milwaukie

Community members are encouraged to take note of a recent code change regarding fireworks. In February 2023, City Council passed ordinance 2225, which prohibits the sale, possession and use of fireworks in Milwaukie city limits. The maximum possible fine for a fireworks violation is $1,000.
