This application is for proposed amendments related to MMC 14.08.090 Conditional and Community Service Uses related to electronic display signs for Community Service Uses that are considered public high schools. Staff proposes to add language that clearly states the standards for electronic display signs for Community Service Uses. These changes provide needed clarification and will increase certainty and understanding of the process to apply for an electronic display sign.

The Black community of Milwaukie is organizing its first Juneteenth celebration on Saturday, June 19 from 3 to 6 p.m. in Milwaukie Bay Park, 11211 SE McLoughlin Blvd. In preparation for the event that day, the parking lot is closed from 1 to 6 p.m. The boat ramp is also closed during this time.

In-person counter hours for the building, engineering and planning departments are temporary suspended due to COVID-19, however, the community may still receive services online, through a scheduled drop-off system, or by phone or email.
