Needs and Opportunities Memo
As a building block for the eventual Concept Plan, the consultant team has developed a report to identify existing conditions on Monroe Street as well as critical points where some form of improvement should be made to make the street an effective neighborhood greenway. Monroe Street has different characteristics along its 2-mile length in Milwaukie, and the Needs and Opportunities Memo provides an assessment of each section of the street and suggests possible tools that could be utilized either along the entire corridor or at key locations.
The PAC provided Public Comments that the consultant team was able to respond to and incorporate en route to making revisions for the final version.
