2/22/13: City Council had a second reading of the proposed downtown code amendments. They were approved 4-1, and will become effective on March 21, 2013. The adopted ordinance (#2059) is available here.
2/14/13: On February 5, 2013, City Council held a hearing on the proposed downtown code amendments. They voted 4-1 to approve the amendments, with one modification from the Planning Commission's recommended version of the amendments. The amendments are scheduled for a second reading and adoption at the February 19, 2013 City Council meeting. Materials for this meeting are available here.
1/9/13: The Planning Commission recommended that City Council approved the code amendments presented at the January 8, 2013 Planning Commission meeting.
1/4/2013: A notice of the City Council's anticipated hearing on February 5, 2013 has been posted.
11/30/2012: The Planning Commission has continued the public hearing on the amendments to Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at 6:30 pm. The City Council will not hold a hearing on these amendments on December 4, 2012 as previously scheduled.
11/14/2012: The Planning Commission has continued the public hearing on the amendments to Tuesday, November 27, at 6:30 pm.
10/11/2012: A 30-day public hearing notice has been posted in the attachments section below for the Planning Commission's scheduled hearing on Tuesday, November 13, 2012.
