Pothole Hotline
Pothole Hotline: (503) 786-7651.
Email: PotholeHotline@milwaukieoregon.gov
Given the city’s limited budget and staff and the size of the infrastructure, Milwaukie relies heavily on citizen involvement to help keep streets safe.
If you spot a dangerous pothole, please notify the city with the following pothole information: street location address, nearest cross street or block address, your name, phone number, and email address. Your phone number lets us to contact you to obtain additional information we need to respond.
The city’s Streets division is responsible for the filling of potholes and the repair of other road surface problems within the city’s jurisdiction. Residents are encouraged to call or email the Pothole Repair Hotline 24 hours a day. A response will be provided within two business days and crews will repair the pothole if needed, as soon as possible depending on several factors including severity, weather and workload priority.
Response times
Our goal is to respond within two business days of a citizen report of a pothole. Staff will contact the citizen by phone if possible, validate the reported location, investigate the road defect and within a few days of a citizen report, street paving crews will make pothole repairs.
